This Privacy Policy explains how TECHDIGI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AD Player mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following information to operate the App:

Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and a client identifier that you provide when registering. Passwords are handled securely by Google Firebase Authentication and are never stored by us in readable form.
Uploaded content: video files and related details (video name, target state/city, schedule) that clients upload for advertising playback.
Playback and device data: records of which videos were played, playback duration, play counts, timestamps, and a device identifier used to attribute playback to a specific player device.
Locally cached data: approved videos are cached on the device to allow offline playback.

2. How We Use Information

To authenticate users and manage account access and roles (admin, client, player).
To review, approve, schedule, and display advertising videos.
To track and report advertisement playback (counts, duration, location, device).
To enable offline playback on player devices.
To operate, maintain, and improve the App.

3. Storage and Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage) to store and process data. Data is stored on Google's secure servers. Please review Firebase's Privacy and Security documentation and the Google Privacy Policy for details on how Google processes data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is accessible only to authorized administrators and the account owner within the App, and to Google Firebase as our infrastructure provider. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Device Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

Storage / Media access: to select and cache video files.
Internet & network state: to upload, download, and sync content.
Run at startup / boot: to auto-launch the player on dedicated display devices.
Foreground service & wake lock: to keep advertisements playing continuously on player devices.
Ignore battery optimizations: to prevent the OS from stopping continuous playback on unattended devices.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, content, and playback data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
